Terms of use of LC Capital 1991 S.L. gift cards. We reserve the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully.

The value of your gift card can be redeemed with a supplier, you are bound by their Terms and Conditions.

All gift card are valid for a period as described with the supplier, you are bound by their Terms and Conditions.

Your credit card will be instantly debited on delivery of the gift card pin.

In cases where your gift card is lost or stolen, LC Capital 1991 S.L. is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. LC Capital 1991 S.L. cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a gift card as a result of theft or fraud.

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czechia. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

Return and Exchange Policy

LC Capital 1991 S.L. are happy to refund a gift card within 30 days of purchase. Once you or your recipient has redeemed your gift card with a supplier you are bound by their Terms and Conditions. Please make yourself aware of these at the time of purchase. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the gift voucher, directly to the card used to make the purchase. Refunds generally take between 5 to 10 working days to appear in the customer’s account used for purchase. To request a refund please contact our friendly customer service team at info@lcgifts.com. If it’s more than 30 days since you placed your order, we are more than happy to exchange your gift card for any other gift card on the website, up to the value of your current gift voucher.
